  Occasionally when I am trying to write a new blog post, the box that allows you to change fonts, sizes, and add pictures, is not there! I have no idea why not or what to do. I’ll even exit out and get back on wordpress, and it still isn’t there. What do I do?! Please help!!!!

  In the My Site dashboard you only see those icons in “Visual” mode. If you click on “HTML” they disappear. If you don’t see them in “Visual” mode then it is no doubt an issue with your browser.

  Hi there,

  I think you might have switched to the HTML editor. When you are writing a new blog post, simply click on the visual editor to switch back to the box which will allow you to change font sizes and add pictures.
