SureRank 1.6.5

    Hello,

    I am experiencing an issue where the SureRank dashboard and all its menu items are completely invisible on my production environment after updating to version 1.6.5. The plugin appears to be active, but no buttons or dashboard elements respond or display anything.

    Environment details:

    • Plugin version: SureRank 1.6.5
    • Hosting: Hostinger (WordPress, self-hosted)
    • WordPress user role: Administrator

    Key observation:
    The plugin works perfectly on my staging environment (also running version 1.6.5), but is completely non-functional on production only.

    Steps I have already tried without success:

    • Deactivated and reactivated the plugin
    • Cleared all caches (LiteSpeed Cache + Hostinger server cache + browser hard refresh)
    • Flushed permalinks (Settings → Permalinks → Save)
    • Confirmed no other SEO plugins are active simultaneously
    • Verified I am logged in as a full Administrator

    I am aware of the related bug reported on February 25, 2026 in this forum regarding SureRank 1.6.4, and that 1.6.5 was released as a fix. However, I didn’t any issue with the 1.6.4. version.

    Could you please advise on how to resolve this without requiring direct database or code edits?
