Side crashes all the time

Dear Support-Team,
after doing a backup for the fist time in many years, a severe plugin-conflict emerged after updating plugins and ow we can not click on anything without the site crashing. How can we load the backup that we created before?

Our website crashes after plugin-updates
We can not access Jetpack or the Dashboard
We need help with reinstalling the backup!
