Search shows description from different site

Hello, google serch shows different description and title from my site. No, this text has never been on my page… I have a site for a dog shelter and it shows text about cholthes
After a little search I have found out that some other sites have these problem. All of them based on WordPress. Is it some problem with WP database? What can I do? My site looks like spam now:(((
p.s: notice that for every site the site name itself changes too…

I tried to make Google Update this site but it thinks that this incorrect content is in my page indeed..
