  The 10GB storage upgrade for my group blog has expired, and the My Upgrades and Store pages aren’t letting any contributors renew the subscription. The original subscription holder is no longer with the blog. How does a different contributor go in and resubscribe?

  The person who is logged in under the username account that registered the the blog, who is the Admin of the blog and who purchased the upgrade, is able to access the Store and renew the upgrade.
