Renewing my Domain

I want to Renew my domain. The email that I used to register the domain, I NEVER check(ed). I just created it for the domain. So I didn’t realize that the time had come that I had to renew the domain. Plus I thought the domain would automatically renew. Is there a way I can get this taken care of asap? I contacted support for WordPress and I have yet to hear from them. Please help!

What is the domain that needs to be renewed? You can set the renewal to be automatic if you want – I have flagged this for staff attention

Thank you for your quick response. The domain is http://www.capitalchange.org. If it is able to be renewed, will my site still be in tact, i.e. all of the info and pages?

We did attempt to automatically renew the domain, but the charge was declined.
Your domain hasn’t been expired for too long, so you should still be able to renew it if you log in as the owner of the domain, jtcrews.

You guys are frickin’ AWESOME! Thanks so much. I was just able to renew it. Now I am having a little issue. It seems as if everything is in tact. However, when I go to visit a page, it reroutes to the wordpress.com blog. I checked the nameservers and everything is pointing to where it’s supposed to be. Then the site started functioning normally again, and now its again pointing to the wordpress.com blog. It keeps going back and forth, working and not working. Does anyone have a solution to this?

http://capitalchange.org/ seems to be just fine, but your name servers aren’t pointed to us.
If you want it pointed to us, they need to be:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
