  Hello,

  I made 2 payments for domain renewal – both incorrect as WP is not hosting anything for us.

  Please can these 2 amounts be refunded.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can initiate a refund yourself at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  That means or that billing is connected to another account, or you are not eligable for a refund.

  Go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ where you can find all info about that billing and you can contact the billing team.
