Hi, I submitted a request for a refund of two separate unauthorized charges to my account on 12/19; one charge for $36 and the other for $60. It is now January 5 and I have not received my refunds yet.

Good morning –

It typically only takes about ten days for refunds to find your account. Of course, that will vary depending on your bank’s own processing times.

At this point, I’d suggest contacting the bank directly. They will be able to provide you with the details you need:
– when they are going to release the money in to your account
– how it will appear on your statement.

After looking at the account I can see that we processed a refund of $36.00 on 2018-12-20 and another one for $60.00 on 2018-12-20.

No there were never any refunds into my account. The charge was made 12/19 theres no way the following day it be refunded into my account. Why isnt therr a customer service to call?
