    Hello,

    i want to contact you because i have a question. I will maybe buy a domain name for my blog, but i want to be sure i can use the plugin intensedebate. (www.intensedebate.com) that’s a plugin for comments. It’s very useful and if i buy a domain name for my blog i want to be sure i can use this plugin. Right now i can’t install it because i haven’t got a “plugin” tab in the dashboard.

    Can you tell me if i will have a “plugin” tab in the dashboard if i buy a domain name?
    Can you tell me what tasks i have to do to install this plugin for my blog and maybe soon my website?
