Hello, I bought the premium upgrade Wednesday night at 8:52pm. My domain is adelaidecozykings.com.au which is the domain I bought from GoDaddy and transferred it to WordPress. I then started working on a website and today my session timer ran out and now I can’t figure out where the website has gone.
I thought I logged in through google, which is this email rachel.etherington101@gmail.com. But when I login it’s connected to a wordpress account with a different username and a website I created years ago.
I’ve tried to log in with this email: info@adelaidecozykings.com just in case but nothing works. I’ve tried logging in with the username “Adelaide Cozy Kings” But still nothing.
I also never received any transaction emails to any of my emails after the transaction was made which I found very unusual.
It’s like it’s disappeared into thin air, and I can’t make sense of any of it.
I’d love some help into recovering that website back asap so I can continue working on it. Thank you very much
