Lightspeed integration not working

  • Unknown's avatar

I have my online shop and we are trying now for a month to connect with Lightspeed POS. Nothing has been working. All integration attempts are not successful. there are 9 product syncing from 1600+ I have not found anything that these would have that another product doesn’t. LightSpeed has told me this has never happened before and they are now trying other ways but I feel this is the same attempt as they did before. My Web developer has no idea. My Woo developer says its lightspeeds problem, lightspeed says Woo is not connecting all items. I really need help to get this to work. What is different on my WooCommerce Website to anyone else’s? Why can anyone else connect but mine is not?
Any Help is very much appreciated

Thank you so much for your response , my website is http://www.shopswiss.com

from lightspeed I got this response

    • The Error: The server returned an unexpected format (text/html) with status code 202/422 instead of the required JSON response.
    • What this means: Your WooCommerce server is receiving the data but is essentially “talking back” in the wrong language, likely due to a server-side configuration or a plugin conflict.

    Hi There,

The 9 products that are syncing have something the others don’t, could be a specific field format, clean SKU structure, or complete metadata that Lightspeed requires. The other 1600+ are probably failing silently due to:

    1. Missing or malformed required fields Lightspeed isn’t telling you about
    2. PHP timeout/memory limits on your server during bulk sync
    3. Special characters or encoding issues in product data
    4. API rate limiting that nobody’s checking

Evaluating and checking logs is necessary before performing any actions on the site.

    I hope this helps.

PS: Just want to mention that this forums is dedicated to site hosted on WordPress.com and I can see that your website is using self hosted version of WordPress and hosted by Siteground, the correct forum to post your query is wordpress.org Forum
