issue with plugins

    Hi,

    I am wanting to install a plugin however when I go to my Microsoft Web Matrix to upload the relevant php file – I notice that the theme is Twenty Ten, but actually the theme I’m using is Vigilance. How can I ensure that the relevant files are connected to my wordpress.com blog?

    I’d appreciate if suggestions could be specific and not just pointing me to a link or telling me I need a CSS upgrade etc….

    Are you talking about the site linked to your username? http://lenoircinema.wordpress.com/

    If so,

    Plugins are tools used to extend the functionality of the WordPress platform. However, they are only applicable to privately-hosted blogs and web sites using the WordPress.org software. Plugins are not permitted on WordPress.com for various security reasons.
