  I’m running WordPress 3 on applephoto.co.uk. I have suddenly started having problems inserting images into posts but not pages. If I insertt and image into a page the usual insert image dialogue box opens and I can insert and image into the page either by uploading or from media library or via upload.

  If I do the same from a new or existing post instead of the dialogue box opening I get the page replaced with a full screen with basically the same information as the dialogue box. If I try to upload and image from my PC it will upload into the library but if I try to post it the screens clears to nothing. Same happens if I try to inser an image from the media library.

  I am using Firefox 3.6.3 with the latest Flash update and I have cleared the cache and restarted. I have tried the same actions with IE8 and the same happens.

  The only recent changes were to install Flickr Tag and Flickr Widget plugins which I have now disabled.

  Any help greatly appreciated.

  You need to be at WordPress.ORG instead, as we at WP.com do not use the same version of the software. They can help you there.
