I lost everything

A few weeks ago my website started timing out. Both the site and the dashboard.
I hadnt made a change in months of any sort to the site, so Im a little irked that a change was made somewhere else for this to all come to a halt.
I called godaddy, they said they could fix it, oh but they needed ~$150, sure I guess. “Ive escalated it we’ll figure it out”. After a few days it changed to getting another error, so I called again, they fixed it almost instantly so I could at least get into the dashboard. Not sure what that ~$150 got me at first but whatever.
In the dashboard I was getting “stylesheet is missing” as an error.
So I called again
“Oh you need to update the theme, you can pay $180 to have wordpress support”
No thanks
I changed the theme, now everything is gone. Order history, every product page, all of it.
Is there any way to revert these changes. If Im spending money or starting from scratch, I’ll be going elsewhere.
I am not super tech savvy I fabricate car stuff, so this is all over my head.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
