I have a paid plan.

I made an account and didn’t verify my email yet. I used this account to purchase a domain name. The domain is purchased. I then was met with a “your account has been suspended” message. THEN I reset my password. When I logged back in with my new password there was a new username on the account but it was the new Gmail a created just for this WordPress site. Now that account doesn’t have my domain, even though it’s active. Not only that I was charged more than promised.
so if I have the right email, the domain exists, and I don’t have access. Where is my money and log in. And Joe even though I paid for the premium I can’t even get customer service. Very disappointing this is for work i need log in immediately. -
my name isn’t even Robert Elizabeth. I don’t know why this name is associated with the Gmail I made 10 minutes before the WordPress account.

Hi @robertelizabeth19! I’d be happy to help you with this.
Could you please share the exact domain name you purchased? That way, we can take a closer look.Once you provide the domain name, we’ll investigate further and guide you through the next steps.
Looking forward to hearing back from you! -

Thanks so much for the clarification, @robertelizabeth19.
I noticed that the issue you’re experiencing is because you currently have three different WordPress.com accounts linked to different email addresses, and you’re logged into the wrong one. That’s why you’re not seeing your domain walkobscure.com.
To fix this, please log out and then log back in using the exact email address connected to the account where the domain was purchased. It is different from the two accounts you have been using to contact us.
If you’re unsure which email was used for your account, you might want to try our account recovery method by following this guide:
