  I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting support – that can feel really frustrating.

  If your site is on a paid WordPress.com plan, you should be able to contact a human support agent directly from your dashboard:

  • Make sure you’re logged into the WordPress.com account that owns the site
  • Click the question mark (?) icon in the top admin bar
  • Select “Need help? Get in touch”
  • From there, you can request to chat with a support agent
