I was charged $99 for a service I’ve never choosed. I would like to get full refund after few days because all this stuff is too difficult for me.

Did you register for a trial upgrade?
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
