Error 500 & Jetpack
-
I have a serious problem with my website. Whenever I visit it, it displays a 500 error message.
I tried to fix the problem by uninstalling the Jetpack plugin, but for some reason it disappeared from my Sites dashboard. I cannot re-install the plugin because the error does not let me do it.I have tried everything I could to fix it, but I fear I may have made things worse. If you could find a way to fix the 500 error, that would be great.
Thank you and have a nice day.

The 500 Internal Server Error on your server is a server-side crash likely triggered by a conflict between your site’s current configuration and the missing Jetpack files, which the system still expects to find. Because Jetpack is deeply integrated into the WordPress.com infrastructure, deleting it manually can break the “handshake” between your site and the global dashboard, causing the plugin to vanish from your view while its “orphaned” code continues to crash the server. To resolve this, you should attempt to access your site via the direct /wp-admin/ URL or use a theme-switch parameter to bypass the broken code, which should allow you to regain access to the interface and properly reinstall the core components.

- I tried to access the website, with the wp-admin URL, but it didn’t work.
- I do not know who to access the theme-switch parameter.
