  People trying to sign up for email notification when I create a new post are not showing in my blog stats and the do not receive an email.

  They did not receive an email when they subscribed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When an individual subscribes to your blog, they receive a confirmation email with a link that needs to be clicked in order to activate the subscription.

  If they don’t click the activation link, they won’t receive posts via email, and they won’t appear in your subscriber list.

  If they did not receive the confirmation email, please ask them to check their spam folders.
