Domain transfer issue

  I am trying to switch the domain I purchased through wordpress.com to siteground, but I am unable to. I brought this up MONTHS ago on this forum and was impressed with he quick response, but then heard nothing.

  Hey there,

  I remember this domain issue. We have contacted the registrar twice yet never heard back from them. It’s very odd for them not to respond. I just contacted them again regarding the domain and hopefully I hear back soon. If not, I’ll keep you updated.
