  Domain expired and we want to renew. Where do I pay for the renewal?

  I’d be happy to help you renew this domain. However, a different user on your blog purchased this domain, and upgrades (such as domains) can only be renewed by the user who purchased the upgrade.

  I have sent an email to the email address on the account that owns this domain upgrade with information about renewing it. If you have any questions about this, please let me know!

  You can check to see which user owns an upgrade by going to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. Under the name of the upgrade, you will see the text “Purchased by” and the name of the user who purchased it.

  We received payment for this renewal and the domain was successfully renewed, so you should be all set! If you have any other questions, please let me know.
