does my blog have a backup?

    Hi:
    I’m writing because I’m really worried about the backup of my blog. I already have lost all the content I have in another WordPress’ blog and I don’t want that happens again.

    Concerning I have paid for the WordPress’ domain and it doesn’t allow me any access to a FTP or to install any plugin, I would like to know if currently my blog is receiving any kind of backup. In this case, I would like to know if you can send me this zip to my email. If this is not happening, what happens with all my content in case the blog collapse?
