Delete Site

Hi, I’m trying to permanently delete my wordpress blog because i dont need one anymore. My domain was bought through bluehost and I think that’s the main reason why i cant see the ‘delete’ button where it would supposed to be. I have tried delenting all pug ins and posts and I also cancelled the renewal of the hosting domain, but I can’t manage to access my ‘purchases section’ in the dashboard (it simply doesn’t show in the menu) nor to permanently delete the domain from my bluhost account. Could someone please help me? I already read plenty of posts on the matter but none seems to solve my situation.

Can you please post the URL of the site you are needing help with? This forum can only help with sites that are actually hosted on WordPress.com. If your site is being hosted elsewhere (but using WordPress software), this may be why you are not able to find the menus you are looking for to delete your site.

Oh I see.. unfortunately I think it is hosted on bluehost (the url is http://www.anotherstripedtee.com) and just uses WordPress as software. I’m sorry for posting my question here but I was quite desperate after trying for days so I asked wherever I thought someone might help. Could you please redirect me to a forum dealing with my sort of situation?

Totally understandable, you were looking for help and not quite sure where to find it. I don’t blame you one bit :)
Your best bet would be to contact BlueHost since they are your host. Here is a link that may help: https://my.bluehost.com/hosting/help
