  My site zivolek.com is crashed while installing wordpress 4.7 and I have no access to my web admin or dashboard.My questions are:
  1.How can I gain access to my dashboard when the site is not working(because of wordpress 4.7)?
  2.How can I make backup or restore to the previous version wordpress 4.6.1 while the site is not working nor I have access to dashboard?

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
