Copy and paste isues

Hi hi! I am attempting to copy and paste something I wrote in Word to my blog. It is not showing the return spaces between the paragraphs as I would like it to. I have tried copying and pasting the whole thing, and also copying and pasting each paragraph individually, and manually pressing enter between paragraphs. I just tried typing a few words, enter, few more words and then preview, and the return spaces are not showing that way either. I published another post not 10 minutes ago, and I had no issue with the spaces. Is it possible I accidentally changed a setting or something? Help!

At the bottom of the text box, there is “path: div” instead of the usual “path:p.” Not sure if that helps!

Always use the “paste from word” icon in the lower toolbar to paste from Word: http://en.support.wordpress.com/microsoft-word/ .
Also if it says “div” then the paragraph tags have not been inserted properly by the system. Select all the text in the post, then go to the “style” pulldown at the left end of the lower toolbar and select “paragraph”. That will put in the paragraph breaks.
Keep one thing in mind when working with MS Word. It is a wordprocessor designed for print media. It was never designed for the web and it creates incredibly messy, incorrect HTML code and it will mess your blog up nearly every time. MS Word does not speak web.
