to begin with, please give the address of your website. Is it hosted on WordPress.com?If no, means You are using the open-source WordPress.org software hosted not on WordPress.com.

oooh, I see your site based not not wp.com, but on Google Cloud. https://hostingchecker.com/#jbarmament.com.
You must be using WordPress as an open-source WordPress.org software, not as hosting provider.
In such case we are not able to help, as long as wp.com and wp.org are entirely different entities… -

Yes, I see server is Siteground while Datacenter Google. But does not matter much, we can not access files there.
I believe you have to look for help at https://www.siteground.com/support or https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
