Can’t upload theme

Today I bought a theme from Theme forest. When trying to upload this theme which came in a zip file, I am shown “link expired” . I did all the troubleshooting I can, which was increase Limits via the functions.php File
And I am still greeted with the same problem. And the theme is only 23,4 mb large
