Cannot create 'portfolio page' in Snaps theme

  Am trying to create a ‘portfolio page’ but for some reason I can’t. It is literally listed as the first thing under Snaps’s ‘Getting Started’ section. But not only is the ‘Page attributes’ section not in my page settings, the ‘custom content types’ is literally not in my settings either. I’ve literally done exactly as the articles said, and tried to go Settings → Writing → Custom Content Types but the <- ‘custom content types’ doesn’t exist.
  Help??!

  Finally the “page attributes” came up, and managed to create the porfolio projects.
  But still the ‘custom content types’ doesn’t exist.
  Settings → Writing → Custom Content Types but the <- ‘custom content types’ doesn’t exist.

  Am trying to make my portfolio tags work (creating a “Fashion” tag in the main menu) but am unable to do so.
  Help please!
