  I am trying to recover access to pangeanpoetry.wordpress.com, created around 2011. I no longer have access to the original email address. The automated recovery form requires receipt, activation key, or 2FA information, which I do not have because this was a free account created in 2011.

  Can a staff member assist with manual account recovery?

  The only way to regain access to that site is to log in with the username pangeanpoetry and the correct password.
