  Hello – I have been trying for two days to pay for an upgrade to my account. Each time I put in my card number and try to checkout, it says ‘recalculating’ the page never refreshes from this message and I am unable to proceed with payment and the upgrade. This experience is rather urgent and I would appreciate assistance.

  Sorry to hear it! I actually don’t see any upgraded WordPress.com subscriptions associated with this account, though. Could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with?
