Annual Subscription Payment

Hello – I have been trying for two days to pay for an upgrade to my account. Each time I put in my card number and try to checkout, it says ‘recalculating’ the page never refreshes from this message and I am unable to proceed with payment and the upgrade. This experience is rather urgent and I would appreciate assistance.
