  The existing documentation talks about adding a new Widget by dragging to the sidebar.

  That may have been true before v 3.4.2, but nothing on that screen is draggable now.

  I have already upgraded and need to add new widgets.

  How do I do it now?

  I need to clarify. I am attempting to add a new item to the Widget sidebar.

  In the previous version I drag a widget into a sidebar item, in the current version I can “Add” a widget to a sidebar item.

  How to I create a new sidebar item?
