  Hello,
  We are experiencing problems with our sent emails, we get delivery failure for all of them specially the ones sent to gmail.

  we contacted our domain host and told us to send you these steps to add in the add custom DNS

  Record type: TXT

  Host: @ or blank

  Vaue: v=spf1 include:_spf-eu.ionos.com

  TTL: 1 Hour

  Thank you

  Can you specify which domain you want to add the DNS record to? I don’t see any domains on this WordPress.com account.
