  I want to delete my account permanently. I know that the website says that accounts cannot be deleted, but I would like to just start from scratch with my account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi ccdancer1!

  As you stated, WordPress.com doesn’t allow you to delete your accounts (info here) but you can change your username. This link goes over that: http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/.

  Or, if I’ve misunderstood, and you just want to delete your site and site address, go to http://haguesydney.wordpress.com/wp-admin/. Then, in the admin menu on the left side of the page, click on “tools” and then select “delete site”. On the “delete site” page there is a drop down menu with the option to permanently delete the site and all content along with other choices.
