Connect fedex to woocommerce store error

    Trying to connect fedex portal to my ecommerce but when i press ‘approve’ to allow fedex to connect to my store i get sent to a wordpress error page where it says ‘Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data’. I have read online multiple solutions but none work. My website is not password protected or have any ‘coming soon’ plugins. What is the problem? How do i solve it?
