    newbie. tolong!
    kemarin baru upgrade dari jkusni.wordpress.com ke jjkusni.com.
    dapat email notifikasi. saya klik sebelum sadar. hasilnya situs aktif. log in bisa. tapi dashboard tak bisa di akses. muncul tulisan: “anda belum punya situs wp.”

    akun about.me/jjkusni widget juga tak bisa diakses.

    terima kasih moderator.
    sejak selesai upgrade sudah langsung redirect ke jjkusni.com esoknya setelah saya (yang tidak hati-hati) mengklik email notifikasi (email pertama diatas), situs aktif, bisa log in tapi tak ada dashboard. klik my site, yang muncul, anda tak punya situs wp. sudah coba reset password 2x, tadi mau isi account recovery form tapi tak bisa, sekuriti kode paypal ada, tapi link aktivasi url saya tak punya, entah saya hapus emailnya tak sengaja atau apa, tak ingat. ini kronologisnya (saya posting juga di topik notifikasi apa ini)

    upgrade jkusni.wordpress.com menjadi jjkusni.com pakai pay pal.
    situs dengan domain baru langsung aktif tanpa masalah. seharian ngatur tampilan, bolak-balik keluar masuk, lancar.

    pagi dapat email “action required for domain activation” (saya kirimkan terpisah terusannya). sebelum sadar, saya klik tombol “verify email address”. ketika mau akses dashboard, sudah tidak bisa. site aktif, bisa login tapi ketika mau akses dashboard muncul tulisan “you don’t have any wp sites yet”. kemudian datang email kedua (sy teruskan terpisah) minta “action required for domain activation”. kali ini saya tidak gubris karena sudah tak bisa akses dashboard site & mulai curiga pada email pertama.

    hingga hari ini saya tidak bisa akses dashboard, dikatakan tak punya situs wp. saya coba reset password 2x, gagal. lalu mencoba isi account recovery form wp tapi terkendala karena tak punya link aktivasi URL wp (hanya punya sekuriti kode paypal) sewaktu sign up, entah email aktivasi hilang, saya hapus tidak sengaja, atau apa, saya tidak ingat.

    bisakah bantu saya segera agar site saya kembali? sepertinya kok dikontrol akun lain. pertanyaan lain:
    1. saya mendaftarkan domain memakai email [email redacted] tapi mengapa permintaan verified yang mencurigakan masuk ke jjkusni@gmail com? bisakah terjadi seperti itu?
    2. di page owner jjkusni.com, saya mencantumkan link about.me/jjkusni. ketika mau log in ke about.me, tidak bisa masuk juga setelah akses situs bermasalah. saya membuat akun about.me/jjkusni melalui about.me widget yang ada di dashboard wp memakai akun alamat email [email redacted]. apa memang bisa terpengaruh?
