H1 and URL date problem

    Hello, my website link is https://bujopunch.com/ The plan I am currently using is Explorer and I would like to talk about the 2 problems I have experienced.
    First, I want the H1 tag in all my posts to be the title of that post, but my H1 tag is automatically set as the title of the site. I can’t fix the problem because I don’t have access to the hosting configuration, theme editor, etc. The problem is not solved with additional css code. If I want to manually specify the H1 tag in all posts, then since there is a title in both the site title and the text, it determines 2 titles in the site view, and this does not create a pleasant appearance.

    Second problem, I want to remove the date part from the post URL.
