Meet SemPress, an extremely lightweight, responsive theme designed to show off your posts, quotes, and images. SemPress supports multiple post formats, widgets, and the option to upload a custom header image.
SemPress supports one primary menu. You can create a menu and add menu items by going to My Sites → Customize → Menus. To set the menu location as the primary, go to Customizer → Menus → Menu Locations and select the menu that you’ve created as primary.
Custom Header Image
You can add a Custom Header Image in SemPress by going to Customize → Header Image. You’ll see the option to upload a new image in the customizer there.
With SemPress, you can add your own background color/pattern by going to Customize → Colors & Backgrounds.
You can configure your sidebar and add/remove/rearrange widgets on the sidebar by going to Customize → Widgets.
Full-Width Page Template
SemPress includes a full-width page template if you want to keep the sidebar on your blog but remove it on a page. You can use the Full Width Page Template, by selecting it under Page Options when editing a page in the new editor.
