Featured Image Header

About – Natural
If you would like to add an image header to the top of a page — as shown in the example on the right — follow these steps:

  • When creating a new page or editing an existing page, click Set Featured Image.
  • Upload or choose an image and click Set Featured Image.

The suggested size for featured images is 1800 pixels wide and 800 pixels high.

Custom Header Image

Natural supports a Custom Header, shown at the top of each page of your site, behind the site title. The image will be cropped for small screens to fit the available space, which means not all of the header image will be visible on all screen sizes, so decorative background images may work best. Please start with an image that’s at least 1200 pixels wide by 480 pixels high.

Author Profile Page

Natural supports Author Profile Pages for users of your site who write posts. When someone writes a post, their name is placed right next to the date on the post. That name is a link which, if clicked, loads an Author Profile Page. This page has the author name, photo, profile information, and links to the author’s recent posts. To change the information on the Author Profile Page, follow these steps:

  1. Open the WordPress admin for your site.
  2. Navigate to Users → My Profile.
  3. Follow the prompts on the page to upload/change your photo, About Me (profile), name, etc.
  4. Click the blue Save Profile Details button.
