Monet allows you to highlight specific types of posts by creating a special tag that designates them as Featured Content. When this tag is used the posts will be displayed in a slider at the top of the homepage, separate from the rest of your content. You can set the featured tag in Appearance → Customize → Featured Content.

To set up Featured Content:

  1. Go to Customize → Featured Content.
  2. Enter a tag name for the featured posts — make sure the tag is unique and isn’t used anywhere else on your site.
  3. Edit the posts that you want to display in the Featured Content area and give them the featured tag you have just selected.
