Lovecraft is a fashionable solution for your personal blog or website. Prominent custom headers and featured images give your visuals a bold presence, three footer widget areas offer plenty of space for secondary information, and striking typography and attention to detail makes your content the star.
Lovecraft is also responsive, meaning it looks great on mobile phones, tablets, or desktops.
Lovecraft supports a Custom Header Image. To change the default header image, go to My Sites → Customize → Header Image and upload your own custom header image. You can upload multiple header images and choose to randomly show one of the uploaded header images on each page load.
Lovecraft has one primary menu area across the top that you can add/edit by going to My Sites → Customize → Menus and creating and adding the menu as the Primary Menu. Read more on Custom Menus support doc for more instructions.
Lovecraft has one sidebar widget and three footer widgets. The footer widget area does not show up by default, but you can add some widgets to those areas and they will show up in the footer. To add widgets to any of the widget areas of your theme, go to My Sites → Customize → Widgets and choose any of the widget areas. Click Add a Widget and choose from the list of widgets that you want to add.
Full-Width Page Template
You can publish a page that will not show any sidebar on the right. To do that, go to the Page editing screen and in the Page Options module, click and select Full-Width, No Sidebar from the drop-down menu. Click Publish or Update button to save your changes. The page you just edited will not show the sidebar anymore.
