Profile Image and Information

  1. Navigate to Appearance → Customize.
  2. Click Theme, then click to upload a new image under “Profile Image.”
  3. Follow on-screen instructions.
  4. Fill in appropriate info below.
  5. Click the blue Save & Publish button.

Setting up the Home Page Template

  1. Create a Page, preferably titled “Home.”
  2. Set the Home Page template within the Page Attributes module.
  3. Create a Page, preferably titled “Blog.
  4. Set up a static Front Page by following these steps.

Note: The Profile Image and Information in the right sidebar can be added or changed by navigating to Appearance → Customize and then clicking Theme.

Note: The intention for the ‘Image’ post format is to display a post’s featured image, along with the post title as a caption for that image. If no featured image is provided, then the post will display the post title and content normally.

Using the Slideshow Page Template

  1. Create a Page.
  2. Set the Slideshow page template within the Page Attributes.
  3. Click + Add > Media within the content editor.
  4. Upload your images.
  5. Select the images you wish to display in your slideshow.
  6. Click the Continue button.
  7. Click the Insert button.
  8. Publish or Update the page.

Note: The slideshow page template will display the first image gallery added to the page as a slideshow. If you wish to edit the slideshow, you will need to edit the gallery added to the page.

Using the Resume Page Template

  1. Create a Page.
  2. Set the Resume template within the Page Attributes.
  3. Click Set Featured Image under Featured Image to upload your featured resume image to the page.
  4. Once uploaded and selected, click the blue Set Featured Image button.
  5. Add any text and formatting you would like to the page contents.
  6. Click the blue Publish button to publish the page.

Note: If you would like your resume page content to look exactly like the resume page in our demo, you may use our demo content and replace the text with your own information. To do so, follow the steps above to create a new page, then click the Text tab on the top right next to Visual. In another browser window, visit this link and copy the code you see displayed. Then go back to the resume page editor and paste that code in the text editor. Click Visual to get back to the visual editor, and replace the text with your own info.

Using the Vertical Center Page Template

  1. Create a Page.
  2. Set the Vertical Center template within the Page Attributes.
  3. Add minimal content to the page.

Note: This template is designed to vertically center a small amount of content within the browser window. Adding too much content to the Vertical Center template may result in cutting off some content from being visible at smaller screen resolutions.

Three-Column Page Template

  • When creating a new page, choose the Three Column template in the Page Attributes module.
  • Be sure to add Widgets to both Left Sidebar and Right Sidebar under Appearance → Widgets.
