how can change the primary email

    in the WordPress i’m using this email -> (email visible only to moderators and staff) an old email from childhood
    now i wan’t to change email to this email -> (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    but it’s not use ,because system has report me ‘this email has used’
    a long times ago i used (email visible only to moderators and staff) for set teams administration
    and last month i has delete user (from create auto on google login api)
    …. i’m waiting for a past month (or two months)
    i’m just not change email from WordPress all applications ….
    please help me
