Toddler shot in leg while playing outside near French Quarter

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – New Orleans police are investigating a shooting that injured a 2-year-old girl Monday evening in Treme.

Police say the girl was playing outside with other children and adults in the 1100 block of Governor Nicholls Street when an unknown man approached and fired two shots. 57 more words
