Tonight’s run was another visit to St Catherine’s Hill following part of the route of the Orange run and a couple of climbs to challenge.  The ‘rooty path’ opposite Five Bridges road gave opportunity to practise sustaining a steady uphill pace whilst the downhill run to the valley was an exercise in the art of protecting the knees.   526 more words
