I grow more impressed with Riordan as his books move on. This latest Percy Jackson installment (2nd series, book 4 of 5) handles two simultaneous plotlines with aplomb, delineates eight different heroes, seven of whom have chapters told from their perspective, and still manages to address serious issues, including that of taking violence too casually. 40 more words
