So here we go, this is the start of my cutting-out-sugar journey. I’m absolutely astounded by how much sugar I consume on a typical day. Here’s an example: Breakfast: cereal (10.8g of sugar per serve), jam toast (9.7g), moffee (4.6g); morning tea: muslei bar (8.4g), fruit; lunch: salad sandwich OR leftovers (up to 10g) OR tin spaghetti on toast (11.2g); afternoon tea: yoghurt (19.5g!!), fruit, cheese, crackers; dinner: meat/pasta/potatoes/veges (approx 10g depending on any sauces used). 648 more words
