I’m planning on reading ‘In The Blood’, the second Sonja Blue book, for this year’s Halloween Bingo so I thought I’d repost my 2021 Halloween Bingo review of the first book to refresh my memory.

‘Sunglasses After Dark’ is the first book in a vampire series. Published in 1989, it was one of the books that kicked off the Urban Fantasy genre. It was a debut novel that was so ground-breaking that it won the Bram Stoker award. 

Sad to say, I’d never heard of it. I was just looking for a book written or set in the 1980s that I could use for my Stranger Things Halloween Bingo square. I didn’t have particularly high expectations. I thought a thirty-two-year-old book that kicked off a genre would be showing its age and be mainly of historical interest, but ‘Sunglasses After Dark’ strutted onto to the stage of my imagination with all the bravado of the young tough and talented and demanded my attention, looking me in the eyes and saying with confidence that felt like a threat, ‘My name is Sonja Blue and you’ve never met anyone like me’.

I gulped the novel down in two days. It was fresh and clever and filled with casual, graphic violence and transactional sex that felt raw and real rather than contrived and exploitative. Sonja Blue lives in a world splattered with blood, much of it her own work. Sonja Blue lives in a heartless, vicious, violent world so completely lacking in glamour or romance that it makes other vampire books seem like Disney World.

The story starts in classic gothic style with the nightshift warder at the mental asylum who, hardened by decades of experience, is unafraid of the patients on the Danger Ward. Except for the women kept in an unfurnished padded cell, who wears nothing but a straightjacket and who scares him even in his dreams. The book launches into rapid, violent action that unleashes the strange woman on the world and introduces us to the two identities who share a body, one a teenage American heiress and the other a predator who is always hungry. Then we meet the baddy. A woman evangelist in a blonde wig and a gold lamé pantsuit who has her own TV channel where she performs miracle cures live on air. The pace slows a little, the timeframes widen and the geographic settings become more exotic as we get the backstory of both women both of which are filled with abusive men, violence, rage and more than human abilities. From there we build to the inevitable ballet of hate-driven violence as Sonja Blue confronts who she is and seeks retribution.

As I read the novel I was struck by how its strengths were those of a graphic novel: vivid original, uncompromising images, strong lead characters each with a distinctive style, strange creatures in exotic settings, a fast-moving plot, an atmosphere of evil and corruption and spectacular bloody carnage at regular intervals. Sonja Blue would have been at home on the pages of ‘2000AD’ in the Eighties. 

The books were turned into graphic novels in 2014 with stunningly stylish artwork by Stanley Shaw.

Dear Ones,

Many of you are breathing a sigh of relief for your world is starting to blossom in ways you did not expect. You are relaxing into your new being. And as you do, stress and angst are slowly fading away.

Such is not true for all, for many of you have yet to reach that point of no return. That point in which you declare yourself sovereign and free. Something almost impossible to comprehend until you do so. For you have trained for eons to report, to expect someone wiser than you to care for you.

This aha moment might be almost invisible to your outer being or could result in actions or words you did not expect. The result, whether the action of selfless to selfhood is big or small, is that you become you in your totality.

Such reactions are difficult to describe until you enter the freedom door. Suffice it for you to know that such is going to happen soon if it has not already happened. For there is much, you need to claim and decipher before your new year.

This is a time of acknowledging your being and allowing others to do the same.

In the past, you hid your true being, your true power behind the curtain of selflessness. Such is no longer appropriate or needed. As you will determine when observing others caretaking or functioning as victims.

Functioning as a victim or caretaker once earned you societal points. With each point, you further enmeshed yourself in 3D society until there was a need to create karma – a way to salvage that which you had lost or given away. But with each karmic action, you became more deeply enmeshed. For if you harmed someone in one life, they repaid you in another, developing the need for you to do the same in yet another life continuing victimization lifetime after lifetime. And doing so narrowed your interactions to those with whom you had interacted before. Creating a sense of doom and fear which only deepened with each earth return.

Even though that explanation is generalized, the gist is that you interacted with the same humans in different form earth lifetime after lifetime creating a pattern of fear and retaliation.

Now that you are to expand your human interaction horizons, you fear what new entities will bring to your life.

Even though such is not necessary, it is a natural result of eons of interacting with the same or mostly the same entities in fear.

You are expanding your interactions to those you have never interacted with while of earth, and you are a bit frightened that such interactions will create new karma – something you no longer wish to experience.

Your new interactions will create karma of sorts, but not as you now anticipate. For your past life memories while of the earth are that karma was a nonending circle of fear, forgiveness, retaliation, and new fears.

So it is that you are stepping into this new phase with trepidation. Such is not necessary, but you will not believe that is true until you experience it.

You might continue to interact with those from past 3D lives but on a much different level. For you will declare your self-sufficiency to those familiar with your victim/caretaking roles in lifetime after lifetime.

Your declaration might be almost unnoticed by you, or it could be created as a result of your inner strength bubbling to the surface in an explosion of self-hood that you did not expect.

It does not matter how you declare your freedom for declaring your freedom is your next phase. A phase that will likely surprise both you and the recipient(s) of your declaration. For your need for free will outdistance any need to fit within. It is then and only then that you will begin your general phase of earth love.

For you will declare your freedom and thereby self-love before you allow yourself to move into the bigger sphere of love and acceptance.

Many of you are stating that you love others even if you have no personal knowledge of them. We beg to differ. For at this point, if it made a negative difference in your life whether you accepted new beings into your circle, you would decline to do so.

That is, until you declare your freedom from the boundaries of your current life. For those boundaries are enmeshed with others you have created karma with lifetime after lifetime.

This transition is not about repetition, but creating anew. Both the earth and human physicality, plus broadening your horizons to all instead of the few you interacted with lifetime after lifetime.

It is time to expand your interaction horizons. The first step of which is to declare your freedom from repeating that with which you are most familiar including specific humans and locations.

Your world is about to split open in more ways than you now can understand.

Do not berate yourself for becoming angry, for declaring your freedom. Nor do you need to be frightened. For this declaration is little different than you graduating from college and declaring you have the right to determine your future actions.

Of course, you might change course several times for you are feeling your way forward. But the gist of that freedom is that you no longer have karmic debts to fear or play with. Nor are you tied to the one small group of entities you have played with for eons.

You are free and always have been. You are merely declaring that freedom to yourself and anyone willing or needing to listen. So be it. Amen.

Dear Ones,

The past few months, you floated in and out of 5D while maintaining your 3D security and knowingness. A bit like moving from eighth grade to high school maintaining all that was wonderful in eighth grade. Such is not possible – nor is it possible any longer for you to maintain both a 3D and 5D life.

Many of you were upset by recent political activities – believing your concern was necessary. Those feelings are not required nor appropriate for who you have become.

You have not yet fully claimed your 5D being, so you jumped into the 3D fray, believing that without your assistance those with less knowledge than you could not possibly determine how to shift their 3D life. Such thoughts and actions are an extension of 3D caretaking.

For if you believe no one but you or those like you can solve 3D, 4D, 5D or beyond issues, you are proclaiming yourself a supreme being who must herd your disciples to the correct thoughts and actions. You are informing others that only you are wise enough to direct areas in which you are no longer that interested.

If such actions were joyful, you would not feel as shaken as many of you did following the latest political antics. Such difficulties are no longer part of your world. For the difficulties you tried to solve are of 3D.

Your role is to live in joy.

If the news of the past few days, provided you with joy then that is something you might wish to explore. But likely, instead of joy, the news created fear and anger – neither of which are of joy.

Your query is once again, “Who am I,” for if you are no longer of 3D, what role should you play? And our answer, as always, is the role that gives you joy.

Perhaps you believe we are speaking in riddles for you cannot foresee any present or future joy in your life. The truth is much different from what you currently feel for the joys of 5D are not 3D joys. Competition, fear, and rage are emphasized in 3D which merely creates minor spikes of rightness in the global community.

You of 5D are in a different action mode. For you are creating a new emotional/spiritual venue for all. A mode that encourages joy and negates fear.

You no longer have the time nor the energy to jump between 3D fears and 5D creations. So it is you are discovering your fears and rages are deeper than can be digested in one or more settings. As if joy will never be possible again. For you are discovering that feeling fear in 5D is much more uncomfortable than was true in 3D. And that joy is easier to tap into than was true in 3D.

Jumping between 3D fear and 5D joy is too difficult for you now that you have reached this point in your earth evolution.

If you were less sophisticated in 5D, you could easily jump between the two dimensions. And so you have for the past few months. Oh, perhaps you lost your train of thought or forgot what you were saying, but other than a couple of glitches such as we just described, you found it relatively easy to jump between the dimensions.

Now that you declared your 5D intention and shifted your cells and thought processes. Now that you welcomed many of your segments into your being, you no longer wish to play in 3D. You have conquered that realm, so it holds little interest. Instead, you are enthralled with 5D plus possibilities.

So it is you are ready to live in joy and tired of living in fear. The result is that fear has become as difficult for you as would digging a deep hole in clay-like soil. You have other pieces to explore and create.

That which was once bearable such as digging a hole because you needed the money is similar to winning a multi-million dollar lottery and continuing to dig that same hole.

There is no interest for you to battle others, or yourself for you have completed those lessons. The new lessons you cannot wait to initiate are about discovering joy.

Once you allow yourself to fully let go of 3D fear knowing that others are more interested in completing fear lessons than are you, then and only then will you allow yourself to bask in the golden light you have become.

You are not of 3D in any form. So it is time for you to gently push those 3D fears away as you explore your new lessons of love and joy. So be it. Amen.

Dear Ones,

Do you feel lonely, hurt, or angry? Such is so because you are saying goodbye to your global 3D victimization and caretaking roles.

You counter that you have already said goodbye to both. So you have in your personal life, but not the earth community as a whole. Your fury of the past few days has been about discovering you no longer need to follow global have tos. That you are a sovereign being without a need to do as those you label leaders dictate.

Such bravery is frightening for it has been eons since you declared or even thought of yourself as a sovereign being while of the earth.

You are stepping into new and frightening territory. Who will tell you if you are right or wrong? That is the crux of your current anger, fear, and hurt feelings as you realize that “the king and/or queen wears no clothes.”

You have already noted so in your immediate family and community, but you had hoped – most likely hidden from yourself – that someone would rescue you, that someone would tell you and others what to do and when. You are instead discovering that the world leaders you depend upon are failing or losing their ability to lead.

Of course, you are frightened for that means there is no one but you to follow. The big picture of global security or knowingness no longer exists. There is just you. A frightening thought indeed. A bit as if your parents abandoned you before you believed you were prepared to live on your own.

These political, governmental, security issues are pushing your buttons in ways you did not envision when you first declared your sovereignty. For you believed such meant you would be a unique individual under the caring umbrella of a wonderful world leader.

You are not sovereign if anyone is telling you how to live. The enormity of that statement is quite frightening for you have no idea how to live without overriding rules and have tos. Who will set up the legal, political systems or any systems? Who will tell you what to do?

You cannot yet envision a time in which rules are not required for you have never been on earth without rules and leaders.

You accept that once you transition from earth, you are free to function in any dimension or environment you wish, yet you cannot envision that same freedom while of the earth.

So it is you are frightened and worried that you will not fulfill your dreams of a unique path. For your unique path was conceived of by your earth being as a path within the guidelines of some outside force informing you of your rightness or more to the point, that others were right or wrong. That you had the freedom to explore your path because someone outside of you was taking care of the rest of the world.

Such is not to be. You are your keeper. Not your brother or sister’s keeper, you are your own keeper as is everyone. And even though you cannot yet imagine how earth without world leaders will function such is your drive.

Just as when you initiated your transition months, years or decades ago, you could not understand how you would evolve, that the you of now would exist. So it is now. Those who wish to heal the environment will do so. Those who wish to be part of any other function or department of global maintenance will.

Earth governments are rapidly evolving from country needs to Universal cooperation. A cooperation difficult to describe at this point but something fully and wonderfully workable, allowing each earth being to be part of those elements most interesting – and therefore, most joyful – for him or her.

New Earth is not about being better than another country or area, but instead playing together as one in peace and yes, joy.

What gives you joy is your road to happiness and peace. As is true for all who wish to be of New Earth.

Fear is no longer the overriding element of security. Nor is the joy that your country (team) is the best. For best is now defined by uniqueness, peace, and joy instead of competition.

A difficult concept to understand unless you are enmeshed in it. Just as was true before you actualized personal freedom.

Many wonder how much emotional pain is required to clear the control of leaders. Even though there will be some pain as is true of any change, the overriding relief will counter any pain you might feel.

If you are among the early forerunners who have transitioned for decades, you perhaps wonder if you will be of the earth in this lifetime when such happens. Most likely you will, for all who transition become less fearful, creating less harmful activity within their cells.

For eons, your cells have performed miracles in continuing your being despite ongoing ravages of fear which is little different from cancer or similar illnesses. As those fears dissipate so will the need for your cells to continuously scrub themselves clean of debris. Aging is more about your cells being coated in fear and anger, then the inevitability of aging as you now believe.

But aging is a topic for later discussions. Suffice it for you to know that the world governments you now depend on to lead your life are disappearing one by one – more rapidly than you can now conceive.

For it is time for the unique being you are to shine your light of freedom brightly. So be it. Amen.

Dear Ones,

We urge you to reach for the stars. For indeed, you are the stars. You are both Universal Olympic stars and of the stars.  For the stars were created and inhabited by you more times than you can count.

So it is you feel peaceful and rested when you observe the stars. Not to gloat about your creation skills, but to remember how skilled you were and are.

It is time for you to “hitch your wagon to the stars” in remembrance of all you have achieved and are achieving. For many of you are frustrated and angry about this or that occurrence on earth not remembering that such anger is but a nanosecond in your overall reality.

If you are upset or angry about something, change it. And if you are joyous about anything, magnify it.

For you forgot how magnificent you truly are once you became part of the earth heaviness. Even though the earth is now of 5D, you continue to fight 3D battles that have little to do with you now – displaying your fondness for victimization.

There is no reason for you to feel like a victim. You have created worlds, planets, and stars and yet you allow a few humans to hold you in misery or fear.

Claim yourself! Claim your power to create and move beyond the 3D rules that dictate someone must tell you what to do.

You are bigger and better than 3D rules. Stand tall. You no longer need to hide your true self behind servitude and meekness. You have been playing the role of Clark Kent far too long. It is time for you to claim your Superman and Superwoman status. A status of being in which you can do anything you wish – for who is to stop you?

Many of you clamor that this boss, that parent or friend, or that politician is being mean to you or someone you care about. What are you going to do about that? Are you going to run to your corner crying in anger or fear? Or are you going to put on your big girl and big boy pants and declare your freedom?

You have followed earth messages of weakness, subservience, and victimization for eons. Erase those messages for you are not a servant, nor a prisoner. You are an extremely powerful Universal being who created the very soil you are standing on and yes, the fear element you are now eradicating.

You are a creator not a servant. Do you envision Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha or any you hold in your thought processes as great, victims? Or do you envision them as strong, powerful beings who lived in their society because they wanted to display possibilities?

You en masse are those possibilities. The above forerunners of this transition planted the seeds of love and joy. You are the flowers – strong, capable, flexible, and joyfully bright and colorful. You are the ones turning the gray scape that has been earth for eons into a colorful planet of joy. Much as happens every few years in earth deserts.

The difference is your flowers are not fading, but instead, are blooming and multiplying rapidly.

You are not a victim. No one is stronger or more powerful than you. Stop pretending you cannot do something, or that you must ask permission or wait until this terrible something passes.

You are the power and the glory and the light. So be it. Amen.

Dear Ones,

Many of your lives are changing in ways you did not anticipate a few months ago. That shift brought some fears to the forefront.

For earth eons, a change was programmed to be fearful. So it is you ponder your decisions with trepidation only to discover that your new life, direction, or relationship is more comfortable than you anticipated.

You are discovering change is not necessarily frightening or a step back, if you will. For the change, you are creating is your new comfort zone.

In 3D, you most often built foundations on shaky ground. Of course, such was a given in 3D for you wished to experience fear in all its ramifications. So you built what you thought was a stable future only to have it shift in ways that created fear. Such has been and is true for all of 3D.

Change for you now is creating a stable foundation upon which you can build your new life.

You will not necessarily know immediately that such is true, for you will ponder your decision wondering what you did wrong, instead of glorying in what you did right. So it is you are slowly – in our thoughts, but rapidly in yours – accepting that fear is over. You are realizing you can adapt your comfort zone any way you wish when you wish. For your comfort zone is easily malleable as you evolve and grow.

In 3D, your decisions most often had grave or long-term results that were not easily shifted even if your outer circumstances changed quickly. So it was that you dreaded change for you could see the fear dominoes falling one by one even if that change seemed to be for the better.

You most often felt as if you wanted to be in two places at the same time – your former life and your new life leaving a somewhat bitter taste of sadness within you.

Of course, you counter that winning or gathering millions of dollars would not feel so and we beg to differ. For in 3D that “lucky” person needed to decide what part of life he or she would leave behind to fit within the social dictates for their higher or lower socioeconomic status. And once they began spending those millions, discovering that they likely did not fit within their old social strata nor their new one. The same would be true for those who lost financial resources. Either direction of financial gain or loss created a personal world of social isolation. As if the world were passing them by because they were not quite right in either world.

The same was true for disease, behaviors, and so many other indicators that as a result, you were not quite who you used to be so those you depended on for social interaction or approval were no longer in your circle.

That coupled with trying to determine how best to live your life despite a major shift and likely, social isolation, created an ongoing fear multiplied tenfold with each earth life. Creating the fear of change you are now exploring as you slowly realize that change means stability instead of crumbling structures and relationships.

You likely contend that such is not possible for change leaves part of you behind, that you always lose something with any change. Ah, new you is learning that instead of leaving something or someone behind, you are adding to your structure, your stability.

Those who do not relish your shift will not be of interest to you, unlike the pain of 3D loss. For you are discovering they were never truly part of your being, merely social connections which seemed important in 3D but are no longer.

Social connections were your 3D key elements of success. If you were poor, your friends were in similar circumstances either emotionally or physically. And if you were wealthy, the same would be true.

Now as you build structures from your heart, there is no need to find common financial or social expectations. For those who touch your heart will not be those who want you to be like them. Instead, they will want you to be a beacon of light as is true for them.

Social graces, objects, neighborhoods, friends, etc. are now from the heart, not from social shoulds. So it is you are becoming a mature Universal being.

Do you remember when you wanted to be part of your high school “in” crowd? And how devastated you were if you were not invited to the right parties or events? But once you found your way as a 3D adult, those “in” crowd needs became silly, sad, or nostalgic depending how you matured.

So it is now. It does not matter if you are wearing the right clothes, have the “coolest” car, or invite the right people to your parties. It only matters that you feel a heart attachment and you are comfortable – with few or no social shoulds and have tos.

You no longer need to “Keep up with the Joneses” or feel insecure about your social or financial standing. For your beacon of light will draw those who have a similar beacon with a similar comfortable life.

Those who continue to strive will not be comfortable in this new world. For they are hounded by shoulds and have tos.

Those you find attractive and attracted to you are creating comfort zones for themselves and will they care very little about what others think or feel about their lives.

You are becoming a mature Universal adult as you create a life right for you and no one else. So be it. Amen.

Dear Ones,

We are smiling with love as we observe you and others claim yourselves in ways not imagined before this final starburst of love.

Even though you have experienced many energy bursts throughout this transition, you have never before been directed to self-love to the extent of the past few weeks. So it is you are moving and acting differently – claiming your totality and shining your beacon.

You probably cannot feel the difference even though you are in a different place emotionally and physically. That shift, that change is the beginning of your heaven on earth.

Perhaps you are sitting in a different chair at work or doing something you find peaceful. Your shift does not have to be large for it is both internal and external.

In 3D, you needed to be reminded of the importance of shifts such as a new job title, a wedding, or graduation. Now that you are shifting more rapidly internally than externally, you do not have any or many outward expressions of that shift. So it is you feel as if not much has changed in your life.

But then, if you remember back to the day of your graduation, marriage proposal, knowledge of a pregnancy, or job promotion, your life did not change immediately either. Even though you knew your life probably would change, that shift was not yet apparent. For before you noted much difference in your life, you needed to enmesh yourself in the change.

So it is now. You have graduated from this self-love transition phase, but you do not yet know how that graduation/completion is affecting you. For just as was true with your high school graduation, there are many available paths.

Prior to this self-love phase, you en masse were on the same path with some deviations here and there. You are now finding your unique path as you release the need to be like others.

For even though you perhaps choose a different path than a friend following your 3D high school graduation, you both expected to find your way in life to the extent that you could care for yourself or find a mate and procreate only to have future generations continue the same path. There were deviations here and there, but on the whole, everyone had the same theme running through their actions and beliefs.

Such is no longer true. Each of you is beginning to formulate a unique path that perhaps seems unlikely or unlike you. Such is what you have been dreaming of for eons. Not to fit in, but to create anew.

So it is you are beginning to feel the stirrings of malcontent with what was or is within your life. You are taking those feelings to levels you did not allow in 3D. For throughout your 3D lives, you punched down feelings or beliefs that deviated from the accepted norms.

Such is so no longer true for you. But the emotional shift required to think and act in unique ways is exhausting. So you are likely tired, confused, or somewhat frightened. Not because you have different feeling or actions, but because you do not necessarily understand the urges that take you outside your expected comfort zones.

“Surely, this cannot be my heaven on earth,” you proclaim to yourself as you take one unusual, unexpected path after another. “I’m like this, not that” you believe until you are. That which does not seem right somehow is exactly where you need to be. Not to perfect your 3D life, but instead to use as a new you launching pad.

Perhaps your launching pad is your backyard hammock, a new job, reaffirming your relationships, composing music, or sketching a new creation. Allow yourself to unfold as you decided within your dream state. For as is true of spring flowers, you are popping out of your soil showing your fresh, green color with little indication of what your flower will look like in full bloom.

You likely wish to push yourself to a rapid conclusion of sorts, just as you watch daily with anticipation to determine if your garden plants have bloomed. Allow yourself the freedom to grow as you wish to produce your flower. For you have accepted the energies that are the equivalent of the right soil, moisture content, and sunshine. There is no more needed to encourage your being plant. It will bloom when it is ready.

Know that you are exactly at the right place whether that be resting in a hammock or a whirling dervish of activity.

You have prepared your soil and now you need to rest your fears for all is wonderfully well with you and all forerunners. So be it. Amen.

Knowing your life is of freedom and ease will encourage you to become more childlike.

Dear Ones,

Many of you are questioning the validity of our assertion a few days ago that you merely need to walk through the door when you are ready, and you will be in joy. Such is so for your life has not yet expressed itself in sparkling joy. In truth, your life may feel cumbersome, even painful.

Let go.

If you feel as described, you are hanging onto your 3D comforts or knowingness with your fingernails – afraid to let go and yet not able to climb back into 3D. You are in a void of beingness. Let go.

You will not harm yourself. You will not fail. Let go.

Many of you are proclaiming that you have let go. We beg to differ. If you feel fear, anger, pain or any emotion other than joyful anticipation, you continue your 3D efforts.

You protest that last statement by reminding us that fear, pain, and anger remain part of your paint palette – true. But this is not the time to explore those elements. In 3D, you were almost uncomfortable with sparkling joy. Even though you felt joy perhaps even bliss, your overriding 3D emotion was fear.

You have transitioned beyond overriding fear to minimal fear. Your fear now is as joy once was.

We have attempted numerous techniques to expedite your joy emotions from sending joyful love energies to reminding you of your true being. All of which have encouraged you to ALMOST let go of your 3D being.

Let go. For as we stated just a few days ago, millions are awakening. It is time to start your role, so those awakening have something or someone to guide them.

Perhaps you believe you completed your transition with minimal help and those following can do the same. Ah. That is where we disagree. You are the Olympic stars who exposed your hidden agenda when you began your transition. The same is not necessarily true for those following. Even though some are second level Olympic champions, the majority are novices without prior preparation or knowledge.

They know they feel different. They know they want to experience love and joy because they are tired of fear, but they are not necessarily driven or tuned-in as was true for you.

So it is they are wondering in the desert waiting for someone to tap their new needs not knowing how to do so on their own. Your role is to lead them to the light. Not by commanding or insisting, but just by being of the light.

Once you fully let go and fall into joy, your sparkle, your radiance will encourage others to do the same. This encouragement is much different from what is true of some of your 3D salespersons. It is not about sales, but instead, display. Similar to someone walking past a display window and realizing they want what is displayed in that window.

Your role is not sales, it is being in joy and love.

Of course, such appears difficult or maybe even uncomfortable now for you continue to hold on by your fingernails to what was. It is past time to let go and display your true being.

How many friends, relatives, or acquaintances do you know currently displaying their true joy without fear or anger? So it is that you are not alone in holding on as long as you can to that 3D ledge.

But you and your star travel buddies are not of the earth to continue 3D fear. Your role is to fully display 5D or beyond joy and love. Such cannot happen as long as you feel the need to be of 3D in even the most minimal way.

You will know if you are one of those holding on if you felt even a twinge of anger the past few days. Anger is not terrible or bad just not where you wish to be now.

Let go. You will not fail or fall to your destruction. Instead, you will blossom into your role.

Many of you are waiting for a bolt of lightning or a Universal message telling you who you should be. You decided who you wanted to be in this lifetime eons ago and have been practicing since. Once you let go, you will merely fall onto your cloud, your mattress, your star of joy. You will guide yourself to your role after you do for it is so deeply ingrained within you that no one but you can determine who you are now – not yesterday, nor tomorrow – now.

Perhaps you question that thought for you have no idea who you are. You know that love and joy are paramount, but not how those emotions will play out in your life. Neither do we. Are you a gardener expressing love in natural beauty or a creator of new forms of government? Only you know and will display once you let go.

You will not break or be ostracized. You will not negate or leave your current life unless you now have an overriding need to do so. You will merely claim true you in love and joy. Allow fear to shift into your background for a time so you can fully experience and yes, trust that joy is now your key component. And once you do others will follow gladly.

Given the choice of sparkly joy or deep fear, which would you choose? So do so. Let go and let yourself be. Others will follow for earth beings, as a whole, are tired of fear. They merely need displays of joy to jump on the joy bandwagon. You are that display. So be it. Amen.

Dear Ones,

Some of you are adjusting easily to the new energies. Others are frightened, angry, or upset. We address those who are upset.

Do you remember how difficult it was for your child or grandchild to roll over the first few times he or she attempted to do so? And how angry some of those infants became during their attempts? So it is for you now.

Even though you are fully capable, those surrounding you do not believe such is possible, or want it to happen. They want you safe and stabilized on your 3D blanket. Whenever you attempt to roll over, they construct some sort of barrier that stops you from doing so. Which continues your belief that nothing other than left-over society fear is possible.

You have a choice you are not accepting – whether or not to believe in your innate abilities as do all infants learning to roll, stand, walk, and run. Even though infants most often fall in their first attempts, they continuously return to their inner-being assignment of the possibilities.

So it is for you now. Ignore everyone despite your connections to them. Continue with your inner directives, and you will soon be running. Follow their fears, and you will continue to lie on your blanket in frustration.

When you arrived on earth in this lifetime, you knew what you wished to accomplish. That mission has softened or been ignored for a very long time. Now, you are beginning to remember in the recesses of your thoughts and actions. The difficulty is that you are surrounded by others who do not or do not wish to understand your evolution.

So you cower a bit as you delicately try to balance between what was and what is. Creating fear within you, for you cannot balance the two any longer. You are new you with new skills and inner directions. Directions that will lead you to your creative and creation goals.

But also directions that seem far-fetched whenever you attempt to voice or act upon them in the presence of those who refuse or are yet unable to understand your needs and yearnings.

Nonbelievers will attempt to dampen your enthusiasm, just as they have for eons.

So how do you break your pattern of listening to others despite your inner needs? That is your choice.

But because you have evolved beyond the need to follow others, your dilemma is self-made. Your decision is whether it is more important for you to retain their love and acceptance or to be yourself.

Many of you believe you will be alone if you follow your inner-being messages – as you might be in the human world. But like the infant who needs to roll over despite the attempts of others to contain him or her, you will not be able to contain yourself for long. For your self-urges are stronger than anything anyone of earth or the ethers can direct.

You are a self-contained being who cannot be altered by others no matter how diligently you try to follow their lead. Your need to be will squeeze out like toothpaste in a tube even if others try to stop you.

So it is time for you claim yourself easily instead of fighting the inevitable. You are no longer of 3D even if you wish to be to save a relationship or to hide from others. You are a sparkling beacon of joy and light.

Your most recent attempts to hide will only create fear within you and anger within others. For as the energies strengthen – which is an ongoing event the next few weeks – more and more will be able to read your frustration, fear, and anger even if it is not voiced.

There is no need for you to be on a soapbox declaring new you. Just as there is no need to pretend you are content in your 3D prison.

“Who am I?” continues to be your quest. A quest to create that which you entered earth in this lifetime to create.

You cannot be joyful and a creator of the new, if you cower in 3D fear. Such does not mean you need to isolate yourself, leave your job or relationship, or battle others to claim yourself. You are only responsible for you. Who are you? And how are you going to get there?

Of course, such questions seem outlandish given your current circumstances, for if you do this, that will happen. The same fear that held you captive for earth eons.

The energies floating about now are creation energies which can only be accessed once you fully accept self-love.

Some of you may need a self-love lesson brush-up. Not because such is necessary, but because you wish to jump to creation without completing your self-love lessons.

Your evolution to new you is a step-by-step process which only moves forward once a phase is completed. This channel is for those who need to return to self-love for a bit before creating that of which you are dreaming.

You cannot wait for someone to tell you to create or love yourself for you control the time and place of doing so. If you trust your inner messages, such will happen easily and effortlessly.

It is impossible for you to walk two paths as the paths have moved too far apart.

Decide. Do you follow your inner messages or outer dictates? If outer dictates reign, it is not yet time for you to create. Instead, return to your self-love lessons.

How you will know? Quite simply by your feelings. If you are angry, sad, melancholy, or any emotion other than light joy, you have a few self-love make-up lessons to complete.

Such words might make you fearful for you are not certain how to complete those make-up lessons. The easiest approach is to follow your inner messages. What do you want to do versus what you feel you should do? And so it is. Amen.

Even though you have the same abilities as all of those of 5D, not all skills are important to your role. You might also be worried that power mongers will start WWIII or a nuclear war. Such won’t happen. You en masse are merely revisiting your historical past to create new endings. The power mongers will soon lose their power as more and more of you realize “the kings and queens wear no clothes.”

Dear Ones,

It is time to move beyond your 3D persona, to fully claim your true star, angel, super being.

Many of you acknowledge that you are different. Yet, you function as a 3D being within a 3D world waiting for someone to tell you that you are no longer of 3D, that you have the skills of which you once dreamed.

You are no longer 3D in action or statement.

Even though functioning in 3D is easier for you than claiming your complete 5D being, such is no longer appropriate or soon, possible.

You are not the shy, verbal, or intense 3D person of yesteryear; you are a new being in a new physical vessel.

Granted, you may believe you are the same when you look in the mirror, but your new needs and actions indicate to you and those close to you that you are no longer of yesterday.

The difficulty is you are afraid of new you. “What if I do something wrong? What if I can’t perform like other star people, angels, new beings?”

Your 3D fears of not good enough or not enough expertise are overriding your new being. Not that you need to fly to the ethers or heal someone before you accept your new being, we are merely encouraging you to acknowledge that you are afraid of your new powers, your new being.

Granted, exploring your new being is likely uncomfortable because you fear that doing so might mean your glorious transition achievements have been for naught.

As is true for many abused children – and you have been both abused and the abuser in numerous earth lives – you are afraid to dream for you might discover that the dream can never become your reality.

You continue to function as a 3D being in a 3D world even though both you and the earth have shifted.

Know that you will not be punished for displaying your new being, nor will you be so outside the norm that no one will wish to associate with you.

It is time to claim your new being as is the right – and always has been the right of all earth beings. Perhaps you will better understand your freedoms if you think of the societal acceptance of returning military members or teenagers.

The only difference between those two groups and you is that you are at the forefront, so it is difficult for you to verbalize or even understand your needs.

Allow yourself the freedom you allow teenagers as they jump between childhood and young adulthood minute by minute. You are exploring you. Hiding you is not part of your new equation.

Perhaps you believe the term teenager is such a relatively recent term that teenagers did not experience fears and angst previous to society coining the term. Such is not true. Previous generations were punished for going through that phase until someone noted that it was part of maturing into an adult. The same with military Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Military PTSD was once a punishable offense; now it is a possible and socially acceptable reaction for those serving in the military.

The difference is you are the first. So instead of proclaiming your thoughts and actions as necessary for your advancement into more 5D skills or actions, you are ashamed or afraid of your new being.

There is nothing shameful about helping shift earth beings into a New Age. That is why you elected to be part of this transition at this time.

It is time for you to be proud of your new being.

How can you display or actualize your new being? You merely need to follow and express your joy. Not a difficult lesson unless you are surrounded by frightened 3D beings who do not feel as joyful as you.

So what are you to do if you are surrounded at work, in relationships, or in your community with strong 3D beings? That is your choice. To date, most of you have elected to fit in instead of proclaiming your joy.

You are coining the phrase and definition of joy just as someone a few generations ago coined the term teenager allowing teenagers the freedom to act on their emotions without punishment or angst.

You are creating a new path with new actions and emotions. Most important of which is joy.

Of course, some of you contend that you must fully love yourself and others before you look for joy. We quickly counter that argument with, until you live your self-love, you will not find your joy.

Joy is your key action now that you have rested a bit and have hidden in fear pretending you are part of 3D society, but feeling more and more as if you are not.

It is time for you to claim you with all your powers and yes, quirks as that is the only way you will find your path to joy, your current new you phase.

As with all other phases, we, of the ethers, are sending additional energies so that claiming your joy will be easier than you now expect. So be it. Amen.

For as they attempt to maintain their 3D power, they are becoming more radical. An economic collapse isn’t in the earth’s future because more know that money is energy, not a power source – a frightening concept for power mongers – for if power can’t be maintained through 3D antics and money, who are they?

Dear Ones,

Even though we, of the Universes, request that you rest, many of you believe a day or even an hour of rest is not possible within your 3D environments.

Because you are adjusting internally to the many shifts that occurred the past few days, you feel exhausted, energized, mopey or just different from what you expected when you were of 3D.

Allow your rest needs to overcome your daily objectives, as you might after a medical procedure. Granted, you may feel as if you could conquer the world, but in truth, you do not yet have the strength to do so.

Your sense of conquering the world is similar to a drug high for you are feeling different and you cannot explain why to yourself or others. So you return to 3D feeling definitions to explain your new sensations.

Allow your body to adjust to your new sensations. For within a few days, the energies will once again ramp-up creating more new sensations within your being.

For some such a thought is fearful, but to others – especially those on their new physical high – that thought is exhilarating. For many of you are so ready to shift, you do not wish to rest.

So it is, we are setting aside a time of rest and nurturing for you. Again, many of you are clamoring that you must care for children, work or the thousands of other reasons you give yourself why you cannot nurture yourself in a 3D world.

Therefore, we will relay a Universal trick you can perform at home, in the subway, during your workday or any place that feels right. Request five or so minutes of blank time from the Universes.

Even though you have progressed beyond 3D, you have not acknowledged to yourself that you have. Blank time is your internal nap that no 3D entity senses or sees. Those around you will continue their life, but you will step out of 3D life for a bit to rest. You are stopping your clock – not anyone else’s.

Some of you claim that you sleep long hours. Such is true. But because you are also working, dreaming, traveling, creating, etc. during that sleep time, you are not resting.

Your five-minute rest can be before you sleep at night, in the office, during your commute or any time you feel comfortable doing so.

This rest technique is a two-fold project. One, you need to rest so that your physicality resets before the next energy burst. And two, for you to test one of your new skills. For even as you read this, you are thinking that it MIGHT work, but you need to test it in a safe place like your restroom or bedroom before sleep.

You cannot yet conceive that you can step out of the 3D world with no 3D entity being the wiser. A simple task that those of other frequencies do throughout the Universes. For indeed, you know that those of the Universes often give you indications they are following you, but you do not expect them to be visually available to you 24 hours a day. Instead, you expect that they will flit in and out of your life and vision.

You can now do the same. And no one of 3D will notice. Only those with similar skills will know that you are “dropping out” for a bit.

So it is we challenge you to care for yourself during this “quiet” time by resting.

You create the resting environment. Not those outside of you as you have always believed, but you from inside yourself.

You may try a five-minutes Universal rest now but will likely expand the time to that which feels comfortable. Doing so, you will discover that you might be in a business meeting and feel the need to rest for a few minutes. When you return your focus to the meeting, not one syllable of wording will be lost to you. To the 3D world, you were completely attentive.

We are teaching you to bend time.

It is time – said with laughter – for you to practice this new skill while of the earth. A skill that will not impact 3D actions, but will change your current life.

You are not alone and never have been. Time travel is now also true for you as you jump from frequency to frequency and dimension to dimension just as your Universal guardians have done throughout your earth lives.

Rest and practice away. The only request is that you do not become so dedicated to our practice discussion that you neglect to rest. Your key job the next few days is resting. Your new skill is merely a way of resting if you so choose.

There are no shoulds. Just know that with your new software, one of your new skills is time bending with no one of 3D the wiser. So be it. Amen.
