Man loses legal argument over dangerous weapons

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Court of Appeals says almost anything can be a dangerous weapon, depending on what you do with it.

2nd appeal fails for man convicted on drug charges

ST. PAUL, Minn. – A Rochester man who got his drug conviction overturned once, fails a second time at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

24-year-old Elvis Joko Porte was arrested in February 2011 and charged with multiple drug offenses after police conducted a traffic stop in Olmsted County and found Porte driving a vehicle with crack cocaine and marijuana inside.  146 more words
