Angelfall by Susan Ee: A book review

This novel deceived me into thinking it was bad, purely because “Angelfall” sounds like a name that only trashy celebrities would call their perfumes.

Yet something about an adventure to save one’s sister whilst trekking through a world pillaged by terrorising angels is strangely alluring, and even though it could have been a disaster; the world-building and character development saves it from being nothing more than an exceptionally good piece of YA literature. 478 more words
