Quantify the value proposition

把代言人從產品中得到的益處轉化成具體指標,這個指標必須跟代言人的第一優先考量契合。價如客戶重視能加快流程的服務,但你提供的是降低價格,那麼極大可能你會賣不出你的產品,你的產品只會在堆積如山的代辦事項中消失。

普世價值簡單區分三類益處:更好、更快、更便宜。
客戶會問:「我可以從中獲得甚麼價值?」

比較目前情況與可能情況,明確指出客戶可以獲得哪些價值,兩者都要提出數據來。你要確保用客戶的語言說化,這樣他們比較容易明白,也會了解你的產品是為他們量身打造的。

「少承諾、多交付」是預估可創造的價值時,必須遵守的箴言。如此才可以建立信用!
